Sheet-Pan Maple Dijon Salmon

Prep 5 min · Cook 12 min · Serves 4

A sweet-tangy glaze, 12 minutes in the oven, and nothing to chop.

Check your soy sauce and mustard labels. Most are fine, but brands vary.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, to serve

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk the mustard, maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon skin-side down and brush the glaze over the tops.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until the salmon flakes easily. Serve with lemon.
